I have stubborn weight and wanted something to help shift my metabolism, so I tried this. I won't recommend it if you are looking for a product that will help you lose weight. If you are looking for something to curb your eating, it will help with that.

If I could put zero stars I would.I bought these after reading the reviews saying how great they were for stopping you feel hungry, and for giving you energy, as I don't believe any pills can help you lose weight.The first time I took them, I took 2 as instructed. Spent the entire day extremely hungry, and feeling sick. At one point I almost had to run to the toilet. So the next day I never took any - I felt fine.Each time I tried them afterwards, I only took 1 instead of the 2, and still felt extremely hungry and sick each day, and had no extra energy either.The hunger and sick feeling might subside after a few days consistently taking them, but I'm not going through that feeling again to try and see. Have felt fine since I stopped taking them. Not worth it.

Little edit now that I’ve been on this for about a month. So no appetite during the day, energy has now settled a bit, or I can just now control it! But the weight loss is real! And I’m still eating carbs so I can imagine if I was on full keto…Little bundle of energy….that’s how I will call these pills!! Switched from my usual pill to this one as other was OOS. So started 2 days ago with just one in the morning to make the transition easier as I think this pill has more caffeine than the other…who am I kidding!! It’s packed with caffeine judging by my morning bouncing around!! Even before my coffee caffeine induced…..yeah you get the point there. Coffee is now for the taste only, pill is for my all day mamba moves!! And that’s with one pill only! Might book myself a few marathons when I take two bundle of energy a day!!! Mo has nothing on me 🤣

The wife have been taken these on and off. She needed to loose weight and quick before hospital appointments before she could be seen. She dies her own diet and inky exercise she does is work in a care home. During the year she has lost 3stone and the Wright stayed of, she now takes them again with not a strict diet but a protein shake at lunch instead and is loosing weight again.It seems to help with the bowels as well, she always struggled with her bowels and now goes every day.
