I started taking this as I suffer with a histamine allergy. This affects my stomach and causes problems. I have been taking this for 3 weeks now and there is a significant improvement. I am going to continue for the 90 days. Excellent price for a treatment that may need to be long term. I had a slight headache when taking first thing in the morning. When I changed to taking it at night the headaches have disappeared.

These are a good value option if you need glutamine but cannot get to the shops or afford the more expensive versions . Doesn’t have fillers or any other nasties you don’t want in a supplement - 90 capsules is a good amount at a very reasonable price . Plus they arrive the next day when you need them .

I am SO glad I tried this l- glutamine. I used this amino acid in powder form years ago to help heal from Candida and leaky gut. I was in the states at the time and when I tried another l glutamine back here I reacted weirdly, it made me feel anxious if I recall correctly. This one is a life saver! Fast forward a few years, I’ve been having symptoms of leaky gut again. I’ve cut out sugar, UPFs, I never eat gluten anyway and have cut out high lactose dairy. I began with a colon cleanse with magnesium oxide and also a parasite cleanse. But I was still feeling up and down with my mood and energy 5 weeks in. I was also reacting very strongly when eating anything I shouldn’t ie processed food and so on. I ordered this and with just 1-2 tablets a day I noticed improved energy, feeling happier and calm. That plateaued and I increased gradually to 3, then 6 a day and sometimes 9 (over Christmas where I have drank some alcohol and eaten cake and a big portion of Camembert :D) and now my mood is great every day, I feel calm, way more resilient to stress and scenarios that may normally make me spiral with worry for example. I also have great energy and motivation. My skin had improved from my diet and the cleanses I mentioned but I was still breaking out a bit, now my skin is really smooth, seems more even in tone. I look healthier, my dark circles have improved, my skin looks plumper and is glowing. I am over the moon! This will probably be my staple supplement now. If we ensure our gut linings are strong then we will experience improvements in everything else as this is a major factor for inflammation which gives rise to most health complaints. And I love having it in convenient capsules!
