Party Essentials Hard Plastic Two Piece 5.5-Ounce Wine Glasses, Clear, Pack of 50

I recently had a backyard wedding and we wanted to keep the costs down, but still appear somewhat classy. Basically we didn't want to use real wine glasses, but we didn't want to drink wine out of red solo cups either. We looked at a lot of plastic wine glasses online, and we were worried that these would be too "cheap" and fragile. But we took a shot and ordered more than we needed. Out of the 80 that we ordered, only 1 arrived broken, and another one broke during assembly. Other than that, they worked out great! Definitely order a few more than you think you'll need.

Glad I went with other reviewers. this set was sturdy, with only one or 2 cracks. We used them for our Women's event and have some leftovers, which are stored safely and will be great for our next event. You do have to assemble the base but that takes seconds.

Okay. The plastic is thin and will blow away in the wind easily, keep in mind these are 6 oz so small but they worked for what we wanted to use them for. Not fancy or very sturdy. I would not recommend them for a wedding or shower. We just wanted something inexpensive for one toast and then throw and they work for that. They were very easy to put together, did not crack or break and they did not stick together like others mentioned.

I first read all the reviews that said these glasses had two problems: #1 bottom comes off easily; #2 they arrived broken. I still bought them. Two bases arrived cracked, and none of the cups (where you drink from) were cracked. I did select one day shipping -this may have helped. So: upon arrival I told my daughter I had a hot glue project for her. She loves hot gluing everything, so this was perfect: set all the bases out, and take all the cups out of the "tower" with as much care as you can, not breaking anything. Turn hot glue on/plug it in. Hot glue the base to the cup. Stack them with 25 glasses per layer. Get a Sharpie and make sure the guests write their names or a beautiful drawing when they get their glasses :) It worked out perfectly. Nobody lost their glass, nobody lost their base, and we hot-glued the bases that had been cracked in the box.All this for $0.25 cents per glass, and an arts project for free? Will do it again, anytime!

The price was right for these plastic party wine glasses. We used them for a going away party at work and served punch in them. They were smaller than I anticipated, but that was no big deal. They were kind of a pain to put together - they stuck together in the packaging and it was a little tough to get them apart without cracking. The cup needs to be pushed really far in to the base to make it sturdy, which is also hard to do without cracking. They're very light, which can be a good thing, but I was a little afraid they would be too easily knocked over. Thankfully we had no incidents like that. Overall, they did the job just fine, but I think next time I will order something pre-assembled (or without a base at all) and sturdier.

I threw a holiday party, wine and cheese type of thing, and I really didn't have enough stemware nor did I really want to deal with too much post party clean up, broken glasses, etc. These nifty cups classed up using disposable cups and they were cute, for lack of a better word. They snapped together perfectly and easily. Some of my guests opted for bourbon on the rocks over wine and these glasses were the perfect little size for sipping liquor and wine alike. I will order again for sure.

I can’t give even this even one star—-so far from hard plastic! Four broken on arrival and more broke when I tried to put them together. If you hold them up to the light you can see streaks of dirt through the plastic Don’t waste you money!

Good for a party, sturdy and can be washed and reuse if necessary . You need to put them together first.

I went to several stores and ordered from Amazon when I was not able to find disposable stemware. This glass fits the bill. The only downside is that the stem seems to pop off frequently (which is why I'm not giving 5 stars) and I cannot figure out why... maybe there is a trick to get it to stay in place, but I've tried several times. My guests still appreciate that it is a more elegant way to enjoy wine when actual glass is not reasonable to use. Am able to store this in a picnic basket or grab-and-go for various events.

You have to put them together but that is easy ad they work really well if you are having a party/open house. I don't have enough wine glasses for more than 6-7 people so these were perfect. They are small but they can be refilled.
