You get what you pay for.
I bought this pack for my five year old son to take back and forth to Kindergarten. There are good points and bad points.Good points:The size was the most important thing I focused on when I purchased this pack. My son isn't a very big kid at all and everything else I saw was too large for him by half. But, being a smaller pack, it still has tons of storage space for everything he needs to take to and from school. Definately a plus.The pack itself is very well made. All the seams are still stitched like brand new and none of the fabric shows any signs of wear. My son may be small, but he is very rough and tumble and all boy. The pack itself is, for a lack of better description, bulletproof.Bad pionts:The buckles are cheap kept breaking. I am pretty handy with a sewing machine and re-attached new straps and buckles. I have, to date, replaced every strap except the main shoulder straps. Those are the only ones still original. The compression straps are new, the chest steraps are new and the waist belt is new.The zippers are all broken. The zips themselves still function, but all of the pull tabs are broken off. ALL 8 OF THEM.Overall Review: Mediocre. At the end of this school year, this pack is going in the trash and I will buy him something from Condor.If you are looking for a pack to bet your life on, buy something else.

Wow this is a perfect back pack especially for only $21.00. It has lots of room and it is very well made. For the price you can't go wrong! I am using this pack for the extra things I couldn't fit in my BOB. It's perfect and it arrived very quickly! I am totally happy this is the best purchase I have ever made!
