So comfortable, that I find myself wearing them even when I don't go to the beach or the water park. I had originally bought these to replace a pair of swim trunks that I had purchased from a well-known "XL big and tall, casual male" men's store a couple of years ago. Remembering the price I paid back then, and seeing the price for these shorts online, I didn't have too high of expectations. But I needed some quickly and I did not feel like spending another $50. I figured if they can just get to me through the summer season at Soak City then that's good enough for me. The swim trunks actually arrived a few days before their expected delivery date and when I tried them on, they fit perfectly. Normally I buy a size bigger just to ensure I have some roominess, but when I went according to the size chart I ended up buying the exact size I needed. My shorts are 4XL and I have a 50 inch waist... they fit me more like another brands 5XL, that's how roomy and comfortable they are. They fit great, look great, dry quickly. At the end of the day I usually go and change before leaving the water park, but now I find myself just drying off in the sun for about 15-20 minutes and heading home without needing to change. The two Velcro cargo pockets on the sides hold very well, the drawstring stays nice and tight without slipping loose like some swim trunks do, and when I go to sit down, I am not feeling "restricted" like some shorts tend to do (binding in the crotch/thigh area). Even at home when I go in the pool, I find myself wearing the shorts now more than my old pair. After having them for a little over a month now, they have held up to multiple times in the pool, at the beach, at the water park, and through the washer. I have even worn them just to go out running errands too... for me, they're that good. I am looking forward to buying another pair in a different color just so I have a variety to choose from, especially at this price.
