This product has reduced my Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) down to almost 0%. I've always had a teeny bit of ringing in the ears, off and on. However, in the past year or so it had gotten very loud to the point it was hard to go to sleep. I had read that reducing sugar and salt intake could help; but, I also read about Gingko as a remedy for some. I am very happy to report that after taking this product daily for a month my Tinnitus was almost gone. Now, two months later, and it completely gone most of the time. When it is there, it is so minimal it is not a bother. While I did not get this product to help with brain health or memory, I do actually think it has helped with that too. I feel just a little sharper, less sluggish, with my brain functioning. Awesome! So glad I tried this product. Also awesome is how good the quality of Dr's Best products is while being priced lower than other brands with a similar level of quality. I can highly recommend this product.

I find I have better clarity and thinking when I take this product. If I skip a day, I really notice a difference.

Kidding about the Headline. Seriously, it's good stuff. Subtle. Don't expect a sudden transformation in memory and mental functions. But after just a few days I noticed my head felt 'quicker' for lack of a better word. In speaking, I am 'groping' for the words less often, finding the right thing to say more handily. I feel more inclined to participate in engaging conversations (and not pretend to be thoughtfully contemplating others, sans my own input!) - My short term memory also seems to be churning along better. It's not like caffeine, it's much more low-key. I am still trying to find a way to best describe the effect (and that is *not* due to a memory problem!). I suppose that you could say that this product seems to normalize memory and mental crispness that I'd always taken for granted just a few years before. There's a kind of relief in that. But it's also helped me to understand that Ginkgo is only part of what can help. Exercise and more considerate dieting are also indicated to complete the picture, and help to ensure a "noggin" that keeps functioning "up to code" further into your lifespan. So in that sense the Ginkgo has helped me to be more aware. Oh, I should say as well: this particular product seems to be the most cost-effective. Of course, all the good reviews did not hurt. I was very surprised at how effective this is. As I get older, I'm finding it more difficult to focus on things, and my short-term memory seems to be "spotty." Nothing major, but enough that it's annoying, almost like a mild case of adult attention deficit disorder -- I was easily distracted, couldn't seem to finish projects, etc. A doctor friend suggested I give this a try. I honestly wasn't expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised. The effect was apparent within a couple of days for me. I noticed an increase in energy, and less "fragmented" focus. I could start a task and easily finish it quickly, without getting pulled into some tangential project. After taking it for about 8 months, I decided to test and see how I would react by NOT taking it for a few weeks. Again, I noticed the difference fairly quickly. The fuzzy thinking returned, the distraction-driven tasks and projects, etc. That was enough for me to start taking it again. This product, combined with a doctor-recommended increase in Vitamin D3, have had a major impact on my overall mood. My house is cleaner, too, now that I can start and complete a specific task without launching into a half dozen others, and not finishing any of them! :-) Since this is the only brand of Ginkgo that I've tried, I can't compare it to others. All I know is this one is effective, and I plan to continue purchasing it as long as it's available. I currently have it on "subscribe and save" so that I won't forget to order it.

No taste, seems to keep the gray matter working better

I don't know if it works. GSL Technologies used to offer Gingko in a blister pack. I first got introduced to it from the dollar store. That stuff noticeably works. I don't see them selling on Amazon anymore.

I take it for memory enhancement. You can find reviews and products everywhere that has this in it. It really helps my memory and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I have been taking it for over a week. Still no impact on my tinnitus. And it keeps me awake at night. Maybe I should have taken only 60 mg
