Is it very spicy?

Hi! It depends on your tolerance. Our Thai team doesn't think so, our Singaporean customers think it's just right, our Australian and American customers have mixed responses! Depending on your preference, coconut milk and/or sugar helps to tame the heat. Or if you find it too mild, do add sliced chillies like our Thai customers! Alternatively, our yellow curry is as delicious but definitely less spicy, and our lemongrass turmeric paste makes a delicious, non spicy curry. Hope that helps! ~ Zellie

I received my order and it was broken during shipping. When I tried to leave a review, they didn’t accept it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

what is the shelf life after opening?

Dear Joanne, thank you for your question! The green curry paste (and most of our other pastes), will keep for about a month in the fridge after opening. This can vary depending on the temperature of your fridge, how full the fridge is etc, but 1 month is a good estimate. Regards, Zellie.

"Organic Lemon Grass Tumeric", does it have shrimp in it?

The bottom front of the label says "No gluten, added sugar, nuts, shrimp or fish" and it SHOULD also say "no MSG" (if they did not add monosodium glutamate)

These are all things that a very small percentage of the population is allergic to, but allergen information is VITAL!

They probably mentioned these things are NOT in this product not only because they are allergens for some people, but also because all of these things are common ingredients in typical Thai foods.  Finally I can make Paad Thai (with flat rice or tapioca noodles) WITHOUT endanging the health of someone in my family who has a serious allergy to one of these ingredients!
