Review: Awesome foam polymetric jump box for different exercises - This is an excellent Is polymetric jump box. I use it for box jumps,lunges and step ups. I weigh about 190 pounds and I also use it to put my feet on when I'm doing push-ups. I've been using it for about 3 years now with no issues. This is well made and it's soft. I like that It has 3 different sides with 3 different heights to change up your workouts. The vinyl cover on is nice so it doesn't slip around while you're doing your workouts. It's also light enough for you to pick up and move around. I also use it to sit down sometimes or even put my dumbbells on it and other exercise equipment. I would highly recommend this foam polymetric jump box.
Review: Great value for the price. - I was accustomed to the Titan version at my local gym. As I built my home gym, I first tried the CAP version..... it was horrible. Very unstable as the interior foam pads varied in length. This one is MUCH better than the CAP. It is even and comfortable to use. It is not quite as firm as the Titan version, but it fits my needs.

A: It is a rectangular prism shape, so it has a different length (30), width (20), and height (24). This way you can flip it different ways to “adjust” the height you want.

**Q: Can you stack them if I buy multiple?**
A: There is nothing that ties them together like Velcro, so if you stacked multiple they would like shift out of place.

**Q: I am looking for a white foam box like this, can I remove the cover & have a solid white strong foam box? This will be used as a posing box for photos**
