El suplemento de EPA/DHA de Vimergy lo tomo principalmente para apoyar a largo plazo la salud del cerebro, la salud ocular y la función cardiovascular. Desde mi experiencia, la calidad de esta marca es de las mejores que he encontrado. Me gusta especialmente que sea un producto limpio y de origen vegetal. Al principio noté que me repetía bastante, por lo que decidí ajustar la dosis poco a poco. Empecé reduciendo de tres cápsulas a dos, y después a una sola cápsula diaria. De esta forma permití que mi organismo se fuera acostumbrando progresivamente. Tras ese periodo de adaptación, actualmente tomo dos cápsulas con la comida del mediodía y me sienta mucho mejor. El hecho de que sea un omega-3 de origen vegetal me da más confianza, ya que no procede del pescado y por lo tanto no contiene metales pesados. Además, valoro mucho la filosofía de la marca, porque Vimergy suele ofrecer productos muy limpios y de alta calidad. En mi caso, con el tiempo he notado mejoras en diferentes aspectos. He percibido una diferencia en la piel, en las articulaciones . En general, siento que aporta varios beneficios a mi salud y bienestar.
