This is the best beef jerky! It has a good flavor & it is not greasy!

My favorite!!
I wish it were a little less expensive, but Wild Bill's is my all time favorite! So I splurge every now and again. It is mpre salty tasting than some others I've tried, but I prefer that. I also prefer the consistency of Wild Bills over any other I've tried. Not too dry or rubbery.

Delicious, if not the easiest to chew.
Best tasting beef jerky I've still ever had. If it was still soft and easily chewable like it was 25+ years ago it would be the absolute perfection of jerkydom.

Taste
This jerky is really great quality. I have been searching for good jerky for years. I first found this one at the grocery store, but then I moved and I couldn't find a good store to get it. It's a decent price on here, I still think jerky in general shouldn't cost so much, but it is what it is. What's great about Amazon is when I would get the jerky in store, it would always be dry and really hard, but every package I got from Amazon was always moist and soft. It's definitely the best jerky I've ever had. I probably ordered it 5 times and every time was great. I'm not sure how to describe the taste, but it's not like the typical name brand you find in stores, definitely nothing overpowering about it.

TOO HOT!!!! Original Beef Jerky
I have bought this several times for gifts and it was always well-loved and always appreciated. They loved the item and thought it was the best jerky ever! The bags that I gave this year was the Original, which I have always given and it was way TOO HOT!! I do not know if it was mislabeled or if they have changed the recipe, but it was not enjoyable and not liked at all!! It is extremely disappointing to spend that kind of money on an item, and have people not eat it and throw it away! Shame on Wild Bill's!! I hope they care enough to fix the issue.

It's ok.
I love the texture of this product. Very Texas style dry jerky. In terms of flavor it's a little rough. I've had pieces that almost taste a little fishy. All you really taste is soy sauce.
