I'm sure they will drop out eventually but it does make painting some of the areas difficult. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Painting by numbers *by J***S on 15 June 2026* Birthday present for my daughter in law she loved it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to do, just be prepared to over paint to get a good finish. *by M***M on 12 August 2020* A nice painting to do (my dinosaur mad grandson loved it). Set comes with brushes, paint, printed colour code sheet (in case you paint over edges and can’t see what colour you need) and fixing hooks for hanging. I always buy the framed version of painting by number sets to ensure I don’t get a folded canvas that forever shows creases. They’re a bit more money than unframed but to buy a frame on its own, to frame it yourself, is about a tenner anyway. My only frustration with this kit was the consistency of the paint thickness. Some of the colours went on lovely, others (reds and yellows) were like coloured water and as a result you could see the numbers through it (so needed a few coats of paint to hide them). They do give you a couple of extra pots for heavy use colours (like the light green surround). Unfortunately the quality of the light colours annoyed me so much I actually went off piste and used some other darker colours that I had left over from a previous painting set, especially as most of the lower section of the painting was supposed to be yellows and reds!
