Great quality! Very durable. Bought these for work and they have saved us a lot of yelling and miss communication among team members. Will pick up other frequencies if other radios and crews are in the area, but easy to change channels if needed. battery life does last a while! I won’t charge my radio for 2 days and still strong! The range is decent. Our community is a little under an acre of land and we can still hear each other when we walk past our property.

First off, they are great radios....except.....the push to talk button is on the front. Unlike any other radio I have ever used. It is not very ergonomic. The mic/speaker jack hole is at least 1/4" deep. any mic/speaker I find has a 90 degree plug and will not plug in. I have searched high and low and cannot find a mic/speaker that will plug into the dewalt radio. They are the most expensive radio in their class and obviously the engineers have never used a 2-way radio before. Very disappointing.

The seem rugged and the warehouse team is happy with them, sonically they are weak though and could provide a clearer audio. Functional but sonically challenged.

I purchased these for work, as I work in sewer lines and wanted an easier method to communicate with our top side guys besides screaming. Pretty good so far as we used them on various site configurations, the deepest being 30 feet, without losing sound quality or connectivity. The VOX mode is great for in the hole as it leaves the technician able to work with both hands and still have the freedom to communicate.

I'd like to say that these these walkie talkies hold up their name for durability and quality, but they do not. Them. I bought these to use for our after school program and within a week one completely did not work anymore. And throughout the last school year many of the antennas broke off. I had to super glue them back. The quality of the sound is terrible. We often had to repeat ourselves. The only plus, would be that they are fairly loud when put on the highest volume. I'd also mention that you have to place them in their Chargers at a very specific angle in order for them to actually charge which was super annoying. Very disappointed in DeWalt for offering such a trickle product for so much money.

Everything about the product itself is excellent. This is a well-built Motorolla radio for the price point. We use these on construction sites, and they are durable, have excellent range and sound quality. I am giving it 3 stars because I buy these frequently and often from various vendors. This particular purchase was disappointing as the package that was shipped was previously opened and 1 of the units batteries were dead and unchargable which leads me to believe they were used prior to sale and was not a NEW product. Our complaint is with the vendor not the product so I would purchase it from a different vendor and would not use this one again. The product itself is excellent.

One of the antenna came off after the second day using them. And had some issue with the base. Must of got moisture during delivery. They are sending me a replacement radio and a replacement charging base. Very grateful for their help
