Ad description clarification
The ad description, as of writing this, states: "PENETROX A is a natural (petroleum) base compound with..." which is TRUE. BUT... the ad is for PENETROX 'A13' which Burndy themselves says:"PENETROX A13 consists of a non-petroleum base vehicle in which zinc particlesare suspended. Recommended for aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copperapplications and aluminum conduit threads. Compatible with insulating materialssuch as rubber, or polyethylene. UL Listed and recommended for all voltages."You want 'A13" if you want a NON-petroleum based oxide inhibitor that is compatible with certain insulation jackets.
