Super tasty curry mix. I use it for many vegetables not just potatoes.

I use this instead of the called-for spices in a Mexican albondigas meatball soup, and it's delicious!

I never leave reviews but this will be one. This product shouldn't be sold as spice mix (and edible) under any name. Terrible smell what could only be associated with chemical smells. Maybe chemo therapy or oil cleaning substances can be compared. I am questioning if really all ingredients are listed on the label.

These spice packets are amazing. They make cooking your own Indian dishes easy and delicious. I've saved hundreds of dollars by not ordering take out from my favorite Indian restaurant because I'm home cooking it myself! I bought the 4 pack combo and every one was delicious and simple to prepare. I haven't tried the "nihari" one yet but the byrahni rice, butter chicken and chicken masala were phenomenal. Still waiting for the aloo bhaji to come back in stock. Jasmine or basmati rice in the rice cooker, my own mango lassi (frozen mango chunks, ice, sugar and whole milk greek yogurt blended) and store bought naan crisped up on the stove.... even better as leftovers!!! The heat is perfect too... sometimes I add extra hot chilli to make it hotter.

This seasoning was old and stale! So sad. Had to throw potatoes out..
