I just received an order of chocolates and there completely melted. You would think an ice pack would have been sent with them. Not happy😡

I never order chocolate in the summer months. Order from October to May. Most companies do not put ice packs in the boxes unless you pay for them and even then you are not guaranteed the chocolate won't be melted.
