These give you so much height but you would have to wear a specially made shoe, or a shoe 4 times larger to fit all three layers into your shoe.I manage with just one, which gives me a good inch and a bit of confidence. The other problem I find is that, although they are high enough, they aren't wide enough. Mine keep moving to one side of my shoe so I can feel and edge rubbing on my soles, which can get uncomfortable. IF they were slightly wider, and allowed you to trim off the excess for those with narrower feet then they would be a 5*

This product kept appearing on my Facebook timeline. At 5ft 71/2 inches, i don’t consider myself that short but am aware how quickly my taller friends seem to get served at the bar. Hence I bought these insoles on a whim.I wore them to work - perhaps a bit too long a duration as my feet were ‘killing me’ after 8 hours but I noticed how I was notably taller than my female colleagues. None of them said anything! I did feel better about myself if I’m honest.I think it would be better to keep them for a date say. They didn’t fit so well into my smart brogue shoes but we’re good in my Chelsea style boot andAdidas trainers where I merely slackened the laces.

Bought these to stick in my motorbike boots because im a very short lady and i really like big bikes. They make a huge difference and id definitely reccomend them as long as they will fit in your boots. Far better than paying out for expensive boots with them built in. They are however hell to walk in because they're so firm and springy. It does not not do my joints any good to walk around in them so I take them off immediately after riding.

I've recently had a hip replacement which has left my right leg slightly shorter than my left. So I need a comfortable height increase insole which is neither too low nor too high. This one has removable layers, so I've been able to get it at the correct height. It's also comfortable and fits well in my shoes.

These are a very misleading product as you need a shoe at least 2-3 larger the size you wear. When you cut the insole and slide it in your shoe, you really really struggle to get the shoe on, even if you cut much smaller you cannot get your foot in your shoe. Also, you get glances of the insert protruding very high out of the shoe it's filling. Basically insole is your foot takes place of your foot, so it does not matter how heavy you are, they will not compress down enough for getting the shoe on, or any type of comfort or confidence. Well made product, very poor design, just cut a thick bit of rubber about 12.5mm thick and boost your height a tad.

The product itself is fine, well contructed and manufactured. It is exactly as described and does what it says in the description. But you need to be sure that what you are ordering is what you actually need. I bought this product for podietary needs, but it is more suited to those who wish to increase their height. The insoles elevate the foot such that the shoe can become too tight, even using only the bottom section, and in one case with a shoe with a low heel, the elevation provided meant that the back of my heel was outside the shoe rim. So, take care when chosing this product. Probably best suited to those who wear trainers, boots, or similar.

These insoles are terrible!they must be made to put into a very deep shoe because i dont believe a person with a normal trainer would be able to put these in and walk properly. This is a joke and to read so many peoples reviews on how good they are i just cant believe. Sorry but if it had a zero star i would give it that!

I have used these inserts in my trainers.... instant height increase!Furthermore, due to the cushioned design of the inserts they are comfortable and unobtrusive when worn.I am very pleased with my purchase, and would buy them again.

After knee replacement, my right leg was 1.5" shorter than my left leg. I could not walk straight. I then found out the surgeon had to re-align my ligaments within my knee in replacing the knee, so then realized this alignment would not be working with my left side pulling the other leg downward. In April I do go for the other knee, so in the meantime I looked for a way to increase my height on this one leg, and this purchase was just what the leg needed to add the length needed to take the stress off of the new knee and the redone alighnment. The pain went away. This to me is a temp fix, but can be a permanent fix for any person. For women the size of the insole fits perfectly into Clarke shoes. I only get to use one, but it's well worth the cost. LOL

Todo correcto.Plantillas cómodas , aunque son estrechas en la parte del centro para cualquier calzado .No tuve que cortarlas , calzo un 41" .No suelo usar ninguna capa porque las utilizó con otra plantilla normal debajo de esta.Las recomiendo porque son muy comodas.Buen precio!

Height Increase

Son muy comodas, en pocos minutos te acostubras. Calzo 40, y solo tuve que cortarlas con tijera y se adaptaron perfecto a los zapatos. El tacón es gruego (3 cm), pero el resto de la suela es delgado.

Doest fit any shoes. Stay away from this Product.

Se ajusta muy bien al zapato, no llama la atención, compre varios pares despues de recibir el primero
