So much better than Tiger Balm or Ben-Gay. This is the ONLY cream that works for me consistently.

A great product for those that suffer with pain, stiffness, and inflammation. I apply it with my telescoping roller applicator most days. I rotate topical analgesics, as well as several types of pain patches. I have been gratefully using this for many years. I have never found the .025% available in stores, and the stronger ones they carry are a bit much.

Doctor recommended this for trouble I am having with cramped nerves. Have used for 5 years, It burns, but it works,best nerve cream on the market. It:s nothing like the red package of the same product. Can not buy over the counter in Reno, so very happy to find this and at a lower price than I ever paid in the stores in California.

You can't put on alot so be careful not to! I'll work great & keep from eyes & it can transfer so if on hands after use wash them though & if needed on hand use gloves & wash hands off to use bathroom. I tend to use best at night time bed time it'll last till next day in a shower you'll still feel the healing burn!

I almost 'returned' a 2nd order of 6 tubes, because it didn't seem to be warming my shoulder 'enough' (if at 'all') Some have stated to apply a 'thin' layer, but I found that that doesn't do 'me' any good. Well, I was kinda desperate last night, as my shoulder and arm (nerve impingement problem) ached too much to allow me to sleep. I applied a 'thick' layer of it, and didn't 'immediately' notice any warming. After about 20-25 minutes, though, I 'did' notice warming, and I was finally able to 'go to sleep', not long after. It's certainly cheaper than the brand names! You might want to see if 'you' need a 'heavier coat' of the ointment, as I did? 'Cancelled the refund, as I know I'll 'eventually' use up the remaining 10 tubes! :)

I bought this stuff for diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain and was surprised at how effective it is. It does have drawbacks, however. Keep in mind this is basically hot pepper extract. It will burn you if you give it half a chance. Use exam gloves when applying or else wash your hands immediately after each application. Wash them thoroughly. Do not get it in your eyes. Over time you may become desensitized somewhat, but it's still capsaicin so caution and commonsense is imperative. It worked for me but results may vary. Alternatives are available, on Amazon, that work as well or better without the burn, but they're considerably more spendy.

Only used it first night, it wasn’t hot or warm feeing right away, but durning the night it started warming on my back, not hot but a nice warm feeling. I’ll be using it regularly….I think I’m going to like it!

Plus on en applique régulièrement (4 fois par jour), plus la partie endolorie du corps se désensibilise à la douleur! Cet effet est dû en partie à la propriété de la capsaïcine! ATTENTION: Évitez de respirez directement au dessus de l'application de la crème! Cette préparation dégage des vapeurs irritantes pour les voies respiratoires qui peut faire tousser ou incommoder temporairement. Aussi, n'oubliez pas de bien laver vos mains après l'application car se frotter les yeux ou mettre ses doigts dans la bouche pourrait être désagéable!!!
