Quality
I really !one the quality of the blind. Heavy duty but I would not say room darkening. I bought 2 one of the brackets that holds balance in was broken. Not worth sending back for that, but still a quality issue.

High Quality & Well Made.
Excellent quality! These remind me of the Venetian Blinds my Grandparents had in the 60s. Very high quality mechanical mechanisms. Very easy to Install! Very impressed with the weight of them, they fit perfectly in my window & are highly adjustable & stable. Will be ordering more, also the price is very resonable.

Good product, good price, terrible service
I’m giving them 1 star because I don’t really have an issue with the quality of the blinds itself. But the customer service is terrible. I ordered 4 blinds. One of them was the wrong color and had to be sent back, the other was missing parts and the company, so far, has not been able to get me the parts. They said return it and get another. I have already paid to have it installed. All I am asking for is the wand and valance and they said they do not stock spare parts. I told them they could open a package and send it to me. Nope. Just bad service. So if you want to take a chance you will get what you ordered then go for it.
