Does it work well on legs?

Yes! Use the pop-up trimmer for your leg hair and then finish the job with a close clean shave using the foil.

Can this shaver be used on your body hair?

I don't see why not. Just be sure it is pre-clipped down pretty short. Foil electric shavers, in general, do not like to cut hair more than 3/16 in too long.

Would this be better then a Braun 190s-1? Also it doesn't cut the skin does it? The middle blade part makes me worry it might since it isnt covered.
