After careful consideration I chose these because I wanted them to be the same length but have different resistance. They worked perfect for glute bridges, hip lifts, squats or lunges. Last year, we had a very small batch of defective bands which we have now eliminated from our stock. We messaged every customer who may have been affected and replaced their band right away. Since then we have proactively implemented many new quality control techniques including new sturdier sewing techniques that reduce the chance of a defect and invested in the highest quality elastic. We are the biggest band seller in the USA and currently, only 1 in every 5000 or so band sets that we sell might have a human error defect which causes issues. I’ve been stuck at home during covid, and these are a lifesaver. I started with the gray band (lightest) and thought I could probably have gone up to the pink (medium) since I typically go to the gym 5 days a week. But omg even with the gray band I am so sore the next day. I can tell I’m getting a great workout, and glad I have room to grow with the resistance. Also, having used lots of different bands, I would recommend cloth bands like these over the rubber ones anytime!! These are so much nicer, they don’t roll or slip (or snap!) and are better than the ankle strap type which pull too much. I love that these are all the same size too, and it’s just the fabric resistance that changes. The only thing I’d say is that these are mostly for legs and glutes, so may not work great for arms or upper body. But they do have body bands too, and I’m thinking of adding those since I like these so much. I was really looking for a lower body product, and this fit the bill perfectly.
