**Q: Will this work with an LED bulb if it is a dimmable led bulb?**
A: Thank you for your question. This light fixture has a dusk to dawn sensor and uses one medium-base incandescent, LED or CFL, 60-watt maximum light bulb (not included).  We do not test this fixture with all dimmable LEDs but it is possible that it may work properly.

**Q: Where is the sensor located?**
A: On the housing, right above the glass cannister.

**Q: Will this work with tcp rla155y led a15 - 40 watt?**
A: light works weel, you can use any regular light bulb with a medium base,  or a LED, CFL-- the max is 60 watts for this small jelly jar light

**Q: I just installed 2 of these today, why do they flicker. Nothing in front or sides, facing the backyard. I don't want to have to return them. Help !!!**
A: The fixtures are controlled by a photo light sensor to turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn. I am using DIMABLE (important) energy efficient outdoor LED bulbs. It is normal for the bulbs to flicker for a few minutes when the natural light changes to dusk or to dawn because the sensor does not have a delay and it is very sensitive to small variations in ambient lighting. You can see what I mean if during the day you slowly move your hand to cover the sensor then try it with something solid like a mobile phone and you will see the differences. The flickering is a little annoying but goes away after a few minutes when the day turns to night. Also I have found that if a bulb is really bright 75w or 100w equivalent LED's there is always little flicker. I believe it is due to light over spray because the sensor doesn't have enough shielding. Solution: use a bulb that isn't so bright 40W equivalent or mount a black plastic tube over the sensor to shield it from the light over spray. I installed 12 of these on my apartment building and I am very happy with them. For the price NOTHING compares.

Hooked up with 40 watt led light and would not light just flickered, installed the 40watt in a lamp worked fine. It’s dust to dawn light. Returning

All in all pretty good quality. The little brass piece that the screw used to hold the glass in place is pretty flimsy. Had to tweak it a little to hold the screw tight. Works good.
