How many pounds can the bike hold?

Our colleague weighs 286 pounds.It's very stable for him to use this folding exercise bike.

I see max capacity weight however will it hold a person with weight of 297?

Yes,this bike can hold a person with weight over 297lb. But we don't recommend people over 286lb use this exercise bike.

How do I get assembly instructions? There were none in the box.

The assembly instructions are taped to the bottom of one of the Styrofoam blocks. Since the instructions have a blank back page, It's easy to not realize that this is the instructions.

I just got mine how do you put on the pedals I did one but the other one I can’t get the bolt off
