Or are they as soft?** A: No they are not cloudfoam. They are an excellent flip flop. Thus I give 5 stars. Compared to cloudfoam. These have less than 1/4 of foam. Then 1 inch of “flexible” pvc base. Do not confuse flexible with soft. Crazy soft?. That’s a wild exaggeration. I rate cloudfoam at 10. These are at best a2 or 3. Great product but not Soft! **Q: Are these waterproof?** A: Waterproof? Well I've worn mine in the rain and they were fine. Durable and comfortable. **Q: Is it machine washable?** A: Most likely they would just float. They're Adidas, so they're obviously of quality. The straps? (Idk what they're actually called) 😅 are thick and will not detach from the sole with wear. I've put them on and they're incredibly comfortable with a significant amount of cushion. You can tell that they'll mold to his feet as he wears them. I've not tried to clean them, but they're white so they're going to get dirty easily, and the shoe is textured, so you'd probably need a toothbrush or Q tip to fully clean them.
