I originally bought this book because I love Elizabeth Messina who photographed all the images. But the projects themselves are so beautiful and inspiring. It not only got me excited for making these specific projects, which have clear and easy to follow instructions, but also got me excited for creating my own. It opened up the possibilities of what can be done and started me down the path of a whole new exciting world of creativity.I would highly recommend!

A well written, superbly illustrated book of millinery techniques used by a leading bridal milliner, Myra Callan, Twigs and Honey. Techniques are explained in good detail. I think the DIY bride will appreciate the skill and craftsmanship it takes to create one of Myra's exquisite pieces and unless they are extremely gifted, decide it is well worth the money to purchase the original piece of art from the designer. Finding just the right materials, tools and having the time to practice...well...after all that you will then know why quality millinery is priced as it is. I ordered the book for my own millinery library, then had a chance to preview it through KindleUnlimited. I plan on using the same flower making techniques in wool needle and wet felt.

I got this book to help me learn how to make head pieces for my wedding. it has very clear instructionsand makes the process easier. the examples she gives are very beautiful.

This book is awesome! It gives you the full step by step instructions on how to make fabric flowers and different adornment styles. This is definitely a great go-to guide. All the materials are listed and it's not a book that just lists out the steps. There are images to go along with the instructions which is so helpful. The photos in this book are amazing as well!

I think Myra is THE BEST at creating stunning bridal adornments. Her pieces are like a work of art. This book is perfect for the DIY bride who can't quite afford to spend $100+ on a hair piece/belt/etc or for any sewer of fashion lover who is looking to create beautiful headpieces, belts or pins. The directions are simple and stated in a way that anyone can create something beautiful (or at least try!).

I absolutely love this book. Everything is clearly laid out and the instructions are easy to understand with many photographs illustrating techniques. Myra Callan did a great job making this a valuable resource and I truly hope there are more books like this to come from her!

The projects are beautiful and the step by step instructions are easy to understand. The first chapter on materials and tools needed for the projects in this book was very helpful. I originally checked out this book from my local library, but loved it so much I ended up ordering it from Amazon.

Love this book so much! Nice photos and clear instructions :) I start doing one of the projects now! I hope the author will suggest some stores for buying the materials :(
