Do these hinges open more than 90 degrees?

as the photos show they open to180 degrees

Can these hold the weight of a 300mm flipper panel?

Depends on the thickness/weight of the panel I suppose, but we used two to replace a larger door clip which we struggled to find and they have worked fine (approx 2 years ago) Use 2 at top and 2 at bottom to be extra safe.
