Convenient for a short distance
It really helps me when I miss the bus. While it also need some time to place the items into the bag to make it balance, and it also don’t suitable for a long distance

Great Idea, not well thought out
I like the idea of being able to take something to the store that I can unfold there and bring my groceries home without straining my hands or shoulders. I think this particular item needs bigger wheels, or something, as when you pull it, the bottom of the bag (with the heavier items) drags. If I was able to lift it up and over, maybe this wouldn't have happened, but if I could do that, I wouldn't need the bag. I used it once and it has (as you can see) a hole in it already.
