Review: It's not that rapid (UPDATE: It is rapid - the user isn't too rapid!) - UPDATE: Capt. Bonehead here - I watched some videos about how to use, and this was user error. I was not grabbing the core correctly. Once I figured out how to do that, the air came blasting out. Its working quite well. Couple of minutes per tire to deflate from high 30's PSI to low 20's. In my book, that's pretty rapid. Sorry Jayco - I know you tried to make it idiot proof, but I guess in my case, they built a better idiot! Disregard my previous review below - moving this to 5 stars. Purchased this for my overland truck rig to deflate tires on dirt roads. It's called a "rapid' deflator, but it really isn't rapid. I was dropping my 16" tires from 38 to 25 psi, and it took 10-15 minutes per tire to get them down. They were deflating, but it just took forever. With only one of these, it would take an hour to get my truck down to a point that is useful off-road. Build quality is nice, but it just does not work very well. The gauge matched another tire gauge I have, so it's accurately showing tire pressure.

UPDATE: Capt. Bonehead here - I watched some videos about how to use, and this was user error. I was not grabbing the core correctly. Once I figured out how to do that, the air came blasting out. Its working quite well. Couple of minutes per tire to deflate from high 30's PSI to low 20's. In my book, that's pretty rapid. Sorry Jayco - I know you tried to make it idiot proof, but I guess in my case, they built a better idiot! Disregard my previous review below - moving this to 5 stars. Purchased this for my overland truck rig to deflate tires on dirt roads. It's called a "rapid' deflator, but it really isn't rapid.
