Zumba Incredible Results Weight-Loss Value Pack

I bought the “Zumba: Can’t Dance?” DVD first and found it to be quite enjoyable. So, I decided to buy more Zumba DVDs to get a variety of dance moves and workouts. With this variety pack, I’m able to do a different Zumba workout each day. After just two weeks of using these DVDs, I lost an inch on my waist (thank you Zumba!) I highly recommend following the Quick Start guide first, which is by itself a good 30-minute exercise session. I absolutely love the 20-min Express and the Zumba Step videos. The moves aren’t too hard to follow but I still work up a lot of sweats just half way through each video. Both the music and the instructions are great.

You really get a lot in this pack. I was kind of impressed. I wasn't sure what I would get. I've never done Zumba or any dance workout, but thought it might be a fun way to workout. I am just starting to try to work out after a long time of not working out. I just basically looked through the list of workout DVDs on Amazon and picked one, hoping it would end up being something halfway decent. It actually really looks good. I just received this today and sat and watched some of the videos tonight. There are multiple workouts, some using a step and some not. There is an ab workout and a live dance workout that has a big group of people. There are a couple of other workouts that have instructors with a few people in a studio. I did a little of the ab workout and loved it. I'm excited to get started with this. I did order a rectangular step to use with this, but saw in the videos that the instructors use a round step for these classes. I don't know if it makes any difference whether the step is round or rectangular, but just FYI if you are going to order one. I'm going to give it a go with the step I ordered. (You don't need a step for all the workouts. I know there is at least one that uses the step, but I can't remember if there is more than one. There are some workouts in the DVD pack without a step.) You also get what looks to be a pretty good little recipe booklet along with the DVDs. I will say that the workouts look pretty challenging, but that's ok by me. I won't be able to do them all in the beginning, but I didn't want to get something so easy that I would be bored with it in a week. I will probably have to start out with a few minutes a day and work up to a longer period of time doing the workouts. But I'm really pretty excited that this turned out to be a good purchase.

I just got this pack and I've only tried the step workout, but I thought I would leave a review to answer some of the questions I had before I got it. The main question I had was whether I could use my standard step and the answer is yes, but with some modifications. If I didn't already have a step, I'd buy the rizer, but I don't need another thing taking up room in my house. The rizer is lower and about half the length of a standard step. In terms of the workout itself, I thought it was fun and energizing. The music is high quality. The moves are not overly complicated, but it wasn't the sort of workout you get just right on the first try. For context, I'm an experienced stepper but I am returning to serious fitness after an extended hiatus. So I'd rate my cardio and strength at the low end of intermediate right now and my coordination as somewhat higher. I modified some moves for my current fitness level and because of the size difference in the step. The production style is a little unusual. You get to choose English or Spanish and then the instructions are in a voiceover. That's not a big deal, though. I could see the movements and the people's feet well enough. Some of the dancier nuances were probably lost on me this time around, but it's a good workout anyway. It leaves plenty of room for me to keep improving at it.

This set is packed with multiple workouts along with a healthy eating guide. To be honest I purchased this set with the hope that it would include a specific DVD that I streamed during the pandemic. While it does not I am still able to get in fun easy to follow dance zumba moves, both high and low impact. I am happy with my purchase. I do wish the workouts included cool downs and stretches.

I lost one of the cds and one is well used and needed a replacement. This was a good alternative because I didn’t want to pay the full price including the step as I already have the step and the original cds, just wanted to replace two cds.

I love Zumba! It is the only program I can stick with to lose weight. I love this set of DVDs. I bought it for the 30 minute burn as it is really fun and good for when I'm transitioning back into exercising. But the super cardio dance party is my favorite when I'm a little more in shape again. Its so fun!

The item description says this has the DVD workout videos included. All I received was a nutritional book and a program guide. Not a single DVD is included in this.

I love Zumba workouts and this is a great selection for anyone that like dance workouts and want to try Zumba. Although I have a couple of the workouts already, I had to take advantage of this value pack because of the 4 workouts that I didn’t have. Great value because a lot of these workouts are not available for purchase anymore. Zumba workouts are always fun with great music.

J'avoue que j'étais sceptique du produit, mais une fois que je l'ai testé, je peux vous dire qu'il vaut amplement le mimi-prix ! Quelle meilleure façon de se mettre en forme que dancer ? Ce kit offre un menu avec des recettes faciles, ainsi que 4 DVD avec niveaux qui convient à tous et contenant des exercices diversifiés. Pas besoin de savoir danser, ou avoir un niveau avancé, simplement avoir envie de se défouler et être prêt a suer en masse ! 😁
