Contains soy. Is it non GMO soy?

I didn't realize that it has soy and I looked on line and found this: SOY CONTENT: The following products contain soy: NSI Vitacost Ubiquinol CoQH, Jarrow Formulas QH-Absorb, Source Naturals Ubiquinol CoQh, Doctor's Best Best Ubiquinol, and Nutrigold Ubiquinol Gold CoQ10. The following products do not contain soy: Nordic CoQ10 Ubiquinol, Qunol Mega CoQ10, and Nature Made Ubiquinol CoQ10. Nutrigold Ubiquinol Gold CoQ10 will eliminate soy upon re-formulation.GMO CONTENT: The following products contain GMOs: NSI Vitacost Ubiquinol CoQH, Jarrow Formulas QH-Absorb, Source Naturals Ubiquinol CoQh, and Doctor's Best Best Ubiquinol. What is the source for the gelatin used in your CoQ10 product?  Cow, pig, fish?  Any chance you might offer this product without animal products in it

I disagree with vegan/vegetarian capsules.  Most are made from methyl-cellulose, aka sawdust!  We are not termites!  Methlycellulose can be very hard for humans to digest.  I agree that every effort should be made to use a clean, healthy source of gelatin, such as from Tilapia (fish).

not sure if this helps, but kaneka qh is a registered trademark of the kaneka corp.  of japan.  that is the supplement fact for ubiquinol listed on the bottle.  distributed exclusively by jarrow formulas, po box 35994, los angeles, ca.90035-4317.  web site is www.jarrow.com.  ubiquinol is:  kaneka qh, in other words.  hope this helps.

How does this work long term?  Does the energy boost dissipate after a month or two?  I find this happens with a great many supplements.

Ubiquinol is found in every cell of your body. Ubiquinol products are bio-available, meaning they are easy to absorb within the body. So long as you keep your ubiquinol levels up, you should feel fine on the product. To achieve optimal levels, it has been suggested that you start out at a 300 mg dose level for a few weeks, and then taper down to 100 mg per day. I take 100 mg per day and feel great.
