Very good knives.
First class steak knives. Because they are plain blades they can be easily sharpened or just honed they will easily be sharp for a very long time. I wish I had bought these a long time ago.

Excellent knives for cutting meat
We bought these knives a few months ago as they don't have a serrated edge and don't tear the meat. Well made, safe storage box, heavy knives with comfortable handles. A great purchase.

A bit chunky but good quality knives
Nice knives with impressive packaging in case you are buying them as a gift, they look the part. A bit on the large and heavy side, but nothing too extreme. They are sharp but I have only used them for a couple of weeks. I think they are good value for money, good quality.

Be careful these are scalpel sharp
These ooze class and feel great in the hand . They cut steak with no effort at all. My only criticism and it is a small one . The rivets are just too proud of the handle creating an irritating ridge which will catch your fingers . As akways the devil is in the detail .

Des lames avec un tranchant exceptionnel. Quel plaisir de couper sa viande avec ce couteau.

Un seul mot : wahou!!!
finitions, packaging, métal, aiguisage, ces 4 couteaux sont juste parfaits et magnifiques. La finition des manches et des lames est irréprochable, l'affutage très très fin et précis, très coupant (attention les doigts!!!), l'équilibre du couteau en main est excellent et son ergonomie aussi. Le prix parait alors totalement justifié et pas du tout excessif vu les prestations, ses très bonnes notes me semblent parfaitement justifiées. A voir comment le métal vieillit à l'utilisation.
