These are very good vitamins. They have a lot of B suppliments in them so it will make your urine very yellow. But other than that I'll keep using them and they have a good balance of vitamins for 50+ year olds.

As vitaminas são bem concentradas, logo duas doses não é viável se vc não for atleta de alta performance, pois tem exageros em algumas vitaminas que não so podem, como vão saturar os níveis de vitamina que o corpo necessita, isso vai fazer mais mal do que bem, então tome cuidado, melhor horário para tomar, café da manha ou almoço, não tem problema tomar na janta, vc só vai perder a energia extra que ele fornece durante o dia que poderia aumentar sua produtividade, vitaminas que ele não da conta, Vitamina D3 a dose é muito baixa, sendo necessário 5000UI dia, apenas se vc não pega muito sol ou simplesmente não pega, caso contrario não precisa suplementar, Magnésio Malate, se puder suplementa por fora, tem da marca NOW muito confiavel com 180 tablets, 6 meses vc ta abastecido(a). Não tomem duas capsulas por dia, o mega men é muito forte, pra vc ter ideia, uma capsula equivale a 22x mais potencia do que das marcas brasileiras.

O produto parece original, conforme as indicações que observo na embalagem e no produto em si há alguns anos. Infelizmente há muita réplica no mercado. Esse multivitaminico é uma blindagem do sistema imune! Excelente!!!
