Rating seemed overall good. I did a little research and the company appears to use humane wild range bean collection (i.e. no caged animals). I tried different grinds (ultra-fine through course) and brewing techniques, as long as I use filtered water and don't over brew the grinds it seems to be consistently good. The taste is had to describe: refreshing, clean, not bitter. It seems to have just a very slight hint of chocolate. I've heard others use the word jungle, while jungle is not a flavor I think I know what is meant by a jungle taste.
