IT is on the heavy side but man it you get great meals in this. I love my one so much thinking on buying one for my mum.The Purple color on it looks so good. I use it all the time. Item is lovely, fits on hob nicely, looks expensive and cooks expensive as item does similar to Le Creuset in results. . Cooked a whole chicken and vegetables on hob and the added herbs a little stock and placed in oven with lid on. Came out wonderful. Item is large in terms of depth so need to rearrange oven shelves and probably use bottom of oven for other things but it maintained good results. Amazon has rarely if ever let me down. The piece of mind knowing if items are poor they have my back is soul soothing.
