Great for filling, hot tubs, or pools
Great filters for my yard. I use them especially to fill my hot tub. It’s important to have clean water in a pool or hot tub. Most people don’t realize how hard water and other contaminants come from the spigot. These filters keep your total dissolved solids low when filling a hot tub or pool. Makes the water clear and the flow rate for these filters is high.

Kept my mister from plugging up and kept my chickens cool!
I bought these to use for my chickens mister that kept getting plugged up due to hard water. I’ve had these for a little while and I can totally see the difference. I haven’t had to deal with another plug,which means a ton with this California heat!

This makes a huge difference!
My first grow I used one of these to fill up my water jugs and it went amazing. After that it became too much hassle and not realizing there was a way to connect this to my kitchen sink I started using my well water then switched to different types of regular Water filters. I constantly had deficiency issues in my plants for the next 2 or 3 grows, no matter what I did I would end up with what looked like potassium deficiency. I grow organic and tried everything I could think of or read online. Finally had a light bulb moment and purchased this again, I’m very happy to say I have not had any issues with this grow which is currently in the last weeks of flower looking amazing! There must be something in my well water that my other filters don’t catch even though it’s not hard water and was tested a long time ago. Probably some type of mineral that interacts with the plants nutrients.

So far so good. I have them connected to my garden hose, it has made a noticeable difference in my plants

Looks legit, but is it doing anything?
Easy to install, which is great. I'm not fully convinced it's doing much to filter however. I took readings using my meter of both EC (Electrical Conductivity -- concentration of nutrients, essentially) and PPM (Parts Per Million -- idea of how much of the water contains dissolved solids). There was 0 difference in the numbers when comparing pre filtered hose water vs using this filter. I'm not sure if EC would really fluctuate that much with this type of filtering, but I would sure as heck expect PPM to go down significantly if it were actually filtering anything.
