Can u use this when ur pregnant

Had a quick read of their website, says it's best to avoid all non essential medicines while pregnant or breastfeeding especially in first 12 weeks. It says to ask a Dr or pharmacist first. I would have thought it'd be fine but just telling you what they say themselves.

What’s Best way to take this?

10 drops in boiled water, Breath in through the nose, hold your breath for few seconds (at least five if U can) & then exhale through your mouth. Don't overdo the breathing in, try for three times & then leave the steaming container in the same room where you are staying until the water is tepid & that would be the end of its effectiveness. If you are heavily congested, you will need to repeat the process every three to four hours.

Whats the expiry of the item if you youve bought one recently this 2023?

I bought mine last summer with expiry of June 2025. That being said before hand I had some I had for 10 years and it really made no difference that it was out of date. The fragrance was still as strong and not "weird" like it was going off.
