Do you still wear a pad / tampon with these pants?

My daughter does as the reason we bought them is cos she leaks through. If you had a light flow I would say maybe just a panty liner. But if you don't wear anything you would have to wear the pants all day. And I don't suppose that's very nice. But these do stop her leaking onto her clothes.

what size would I need to buy for a 11 year old

Depends on the 11 year old. Probably S if she is still little girl shaped (no hips and bust). M fits my 13 and 15 year olds, I would say they are a size 10 and have developed their ‘shapes’. L is around. 12-14 (disabled daughter wears them over nappies because they are pretty).

Do you have the washing instructions please? There is no label in the pants.

I rinse by hand in cold water first, then machine wash as normal.
