My favorite collagen protein d
This is the best tasting chocolate collagen powder I have tried. It mixes well with cold liquid in a shaker bottle and stirs easily into hot liquid. I have gotten better results with Ancient Nutrition’s Multi Collagen Protein because it has more collagen sources, but it does not taste or mix as well as this Superior Source Keto Collagen. So I use this all the time while the other sits on the shelf. Because I don’t drink coffee, I use it like hot chocolate and add a little vanilla protein and instant Cafe Mocha coffee for a tasty hot morning drink. Sometimes I add a little milk or half and half to make it creamier. My bone density improved dramatically after two or so years of drinking this regularly. I was shocked! I did’t know that was possible. My diet is high in dairy, which may also be a variable. I feel more full and can go longer before getting hungry when I use this powder, but I suppose other brands may do that as well. It is worth the price to me. I will continue to use it.

Of three tested, this one was better tasting while being lower in carbs. My choice. Not cheap.

Every morning I have a keto mocha iced coffee and add a scoop of this. It really ups the flavor.

This mixes well and doesn’t have an overpowering flavor. You can taste the chocolate flavor. The jury is still out whether it is helping me to lose any weight, but MCT oil is supposed to be good for cognition so I will continue to take it. Mixed it with coffee and drank it with hot water.
