FitBeast grip strength is good for your hands your fingers it helps you a lot with the muscles and everything. The size of this is really good. It’s easy to use in. The price is good. It wasn’t that expensive and they don’t make noise at all.

I bought this to help rehab my right hand after trigger finger tendon release surgery. I love it! I especially like that the tension of hand grip is adjustable which is ideal for me. I can start low and increase the tension as my fingers heal and get stronger. The ball doubles for me as a grip strengthener and therapy for desensitizing my scars. Highly recommended.

Good forearm workout and good for grip strengthening. Randomly snapped/broke after 2 years of light to moderate use. Overall good deal.

Been having some tendinitis or whatever in my elbow. Little tools like this get the blood flowing through the area and I notice the really help. I wanted something I could use that wasn't going to tax my grip (ie wasn't necessarily a grip strengthening tool), but that would just let me get the blood flowing as I said. These are adjustable though so you could do some sets/reps and develop some strength there too. The value with getting the different implements is great. Only thing is the flexor band is a little too tight. Would be nicer to have a lower resistance one so that you could actually do repetition with them, but the one you get is quite high on the resistance. Good for static pressure, but you wont be opening your hand much, if at all.

This is a very good set. It is well built and comes with more accessories than you'll ever use. Comes with a nice storage pouch.

Impressed!! Gave it as a gift to my athletic husband and trust me, he’s a hard one to find good gifts for! He loved it and uses it all the time. Great for people with desk jobs to have something to do with their hands too! Good price, good quality, good variety!

After trying every item in this kit, I've found that the only practical tool is the main spring-loaded strengthener; everything else feels more like a novelty "filler" item. The quality is okay for the price, but after a few weeks of occasional use, the tension adjustment knob no longer turns and the strengthener makes a loud squeak with every squeeze. I don't expect it to last much longer. That said, this kit works well as a "discovery" set. You can try the different tools and figure out which ones you'll actually use. Just know that if you want to keep training beyond the first couple of weeks, you'll almost certainly need to upgrade to something better.

Great set, easy to use, fully adjustable weights on the grip exerciser, quiet, but the handles could use a little bit less curve on the end.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
