**Q: Will this camera work with the ivms computer program? we are planning on connecting it to our annke 16ch poe nvr.**
A: It will be work if you can set NVR to onvif compatible.Recommed Dahua and HIKVISION NVR.

**Q: does this come with the poe switch?**
A: No, it doesn't come with a PoE Switch

**Q: Can someone post a link to any firmware updates available please?  I want to try that before I return it as defective.**
A: There are firmware updates available, please write to the seller. The only problem is, that I didn't hear of them, for more than two weeks by now. I guess this is because of the Corona Virus (the company is located in China).

**Q: Does this camera have cruise function?  If yes, how to set it up?**
A: You can have preset locations and move the camera manually (by entering 1 to 255 and press play on the camera's webpage) or you can use the free monitoring software the manufacturer is offering, to move the camera automatically.
