These clips are perfect for small scale attachment, such as a small chain to a hook. They are 30 mm long, 10 mm wide, and (about) 5 mm thick. The key benefit is that the lever projecting from the side opposite the opening helps the operator to open the clip, especially in close quarters. It is amazing that machinery this small can be made with such precision!

They do the job. I put one on my zipper pull in my purse to hook my key chain onto; easier to find my keys that way than digging around in the depths of my purse. I just wish they were a little a little bit more substantial in feel, so it would make them easier to manipulate for open and close. They are just a little smaller than I'd hoped.

Perfect for what I need. We are making ID tags for our horses' halters (in the event of really foul weather that might result in fences coming down), and these are just the right size to attach the tags so they don't annoy the horses and are easy to remove.

Using these for ID Badge holders and they are perfect. Hole is perfect size to double loop Paracord. Snap is strong enough to hold Badges in holders and the swivel... Swivels...

Thought they would've been slightly bigger

Well engineered with powerful spring. Swivels nicely. Might be difficult to open for arthritic fingers; it was for me. Just the ticket if you have something important you want to hang onto. I used these for my emergency medical tags.

just what I was looking for

This might be good for purses but it's not sturdy enough for my 25lb puppy, although an advertised use is pet leashes. She broke it within minutes. It looks different and a lot more flimsy in real life than it does in the description and it's smaller too. Call me a stickler but it's only 1.5" in length, and the eyelet is 3/8" ID.
