**Q: can this be used for vegetable paella with no seafood?**
A: Yes, I'm sure it could. Paella is lots of rice, usually red bell pepper, sometimes chicken and often seafood. But I think adding larger pieces of vegetables would be equally as good as long as you like those spice flavorings like Saffron.

Great flavor and great product...thank you! However, I know saffron can be expensive, but I just wish the product would use annatto instead of yellow #5!
