The tracker works very well. Even received a text from the company, making sure that the product was working as expected. I had actually been experiencing some difficulty connecting to it on my phone, but Javy helped me out by having me log out and back into the app. After that everything worked as expected.

Update to My Previous Review – Excellent Resolution and Gratitude I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarity—getting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made. However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several months’ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right. I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever. As for the product itself—it remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through. The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isn’ttoo good but I’ve definitely seen worse. Billing note that’s a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.

Pretty accurate. 4 stars for the fact I think it's a little pricey for the service. I'd like to see better incentive for a long time service purchase. Good product though. Easy enough to install. Magnet stays in place. Reports back quickly. And functions just fine. The app sees it and finds it quickly. Discreet as well.

Loved the tracker; used it when we had our cars transported to another state. Super easy to use. Later I had a billing issue and Daniel M was so very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and solved the issue. The support is wonderful.

This product showed up the same day I ordered it. It was easy to set up. The magnetic cases are excellent. I am able to easily track my assets. The main problem with these trackers is the battery life. No matter what setting you choose, the maximum battery life is 10 days. Even with only one ping a day, most of the trackers I had to replace with spares while recharging the assigned units, within four days. ( I bought 13 units to cover primary assets). This makes it very hard for me because I have to go find the equipment in the field, pull the tracker off, recharge it in the field in front of the employees, and use a spare that I have to pay for if I need to keep a tracker on the device, during the time that I am charging the original device. Feels like a second job without pay. These trackers, despite their cheap price, are not worth purchasing for fleet purposes. And as a fleet tracker, they costs 25 per unit, per month to operate. Expensive and a lot of extra work. To use as a fleet tracker on trailers and such, it would cost a fortune more to hook to direct battery power, which would defeat the hidden placement aspect of the tracker. These trackers are best used for tracking a family member as they have a very useful SOS feature. Don’t buy these as a fleet tracker tho. Total not the correct unit for fleet equipment management.

It doesn’t give EXACT LOCATIONS. It gets close but not exact address. It delays when the tracker is in a spot with low signal. The battery life is pretty good & I used it on performance for more frequent updates so it went a little fast but not bad. It also depends on how much they drive the vehicle. One thing I disliked the most was with the HAPN subscription you can cancel at any time but you don’t get to use it after you cancel. So if you paid for a 6 month subscription most subscriptions will let you cancel whenever and still use the remaining time you paid for. This app will not. You have to cancel it 24 hours before the last day for auto renewal. Signal strength depends on where the tracker is located & the service around that area. It was easy to set up, size was perfect the magnet case was very durable & stuck no matter what. It was kind of hard to get off. Wherever you put it, it was staying.
