OneTigris Large IFAK Pouch, Tactical MOLLE Medical Bag Trauma Kit Pouch

I wanted this style pouch to support multi-person trauma emergencies. It's compact, and it simply and quickly "rips" open. Some brand of this type are very expensive, others quit inexpensive. This one was in the middle.I'm very impressed with the quality, and I like the size. While it's a snug fit, here's what I put with it:On the pouch: a decent pair of Shears, 2 SWAT-T Tourniquets 1 RATS Tourniquet, a Penlight, a Sharpie and a 1.5" Medical Cross Patch.In the pouch: 2 4" Olaes Flat Pressure Dressings, 1 Tachmed 4" Israeli Pressure Dressing, 2 Compressed Gauze, 2 Vented Chest Seals, 2 Emergency Blankets, 2 Nasal Airways, 1 Decompression Needle, 1 Narcan, another Sharpie, some Duck Tape, 6 Pair Nitrile Gloves, a few Bandaids and Burn Creams and spare set of Batteries for the Penlight.Like I said, I'm impressed.I also picked up a couple of a cheaper brand, they're a bit smaller. With those I made a couple "stop the bleed kits." They're not quite as nicely made and don't hold as much, but they serve the purpose. I'll do a review of those too.

For a bag that I roll the dice on, worked out pretty well. It’ll be great. It was just a little bit bigger but overall it works well for what I use it for. And because of the button I’m able to hook it on my belt pretty easily and it doesn’t come loose. It’ll last the whole day while I’m at work doing manual labor, and not worried about it coming off. The quick pull release works really well and the zipper function just fine. Definitely would recommend.

This is really well made IFAK with ample room for the most necessary supplies relevant to your specific needs. I outfitted this IFAK for bleed stop and gunshot wound situations while I serve on occasion as a range safety officer. I have other configurations for my vehicle, hiking and general travel circumstances.I loaded my Onetigris with NAR CAT7 tourniquet, 6” compression bandage, 2-chest seals, 20g pouch of bleed stop powder, Mylar rescue blanket, 3-4”x3” nonstick gauze pads, 2-rolls of gauze, 2-rolls of coban wrap and a full size trauma scissors.Unlike many of the less expensive IFAK pouches, the zippers in this one stay up. I like that I’m able to keep all items inside the pouch and keep the form sleek instead of having t.e.x. tourniquet attached on the outside. The red quick-deployment handle works flawlessly.I know this is petty, but I dropped one star off, because the pouch came with. “ONETIGRIS” brand Velcro patch, but not with the customary red cross to indicate the pouch as first aid pack. What good does the brand name do for anyone 🤷🏼‍♂️? I acquired said red cross patch separately to dress the pouch appropriately.I ordered 5 different IFAK pouches ranging from $10-$35 and for me this was the most functional and well made of them all.

Smaller than expected but great IFAK case

Excellent quality, would definitely buy again. Great for cpl owners to keep in vehicles or camping. Just make sure you load it with the right stuff.

This pouch is very well made for the price. The capacity seemed questionable at first, but if you stage the items just right, it will fit quite a bit. I managed to put the following supplies into this pouch...a CAT 7 tourniquet and a marker, a chem light, and trauma shears on the outside pockets, on the inside i have a twin pack of compact chest seals, a 4 inch flat pressure bandage, a survival blanket, a swat-t tourniquet, an npa tube, compressed gauze, quik clot gauze, some flat tape, a mini roll of duct tape, two pairs of gloves, a multi tool, and a mini flashlight. I also put a small boo boo kit under the cords on the front. I would highly recommend this pouch to anyone looking for a lower cost pouch to build out their own ifak.

Nice pouch BUT NOT the color as represented! Great little pouch with decent capacity and durable fabric but it IS NOT Coyote Brown as pictured. It very dark brown and will not even closely match my other gear that is a khaki/camel Tan. Also did not come with a MED badge as pictured, but instead a bright Red OneTigris small badge. Very disappointed as it is not even close to pictures depicted and will not be suitable for mounting on the exterior of my pack and other setups that are a much lighter tan.Will not be able to buy any other products unless I need them in black. Sad that this decent brand does not represent their product/s with even a closely accurate color to make a purchase decision. Seems like such a little thing they could do on their part to give their customers a consistent experience. I would not trust their "green" to be accurate either.

Really get a sense of the measurements before buying, might not be what you imagined in your head. Nonetheless, great bag and fast unzip handle works even when packed tight.
