I use sensitive toothpaste daily. Will these create sensitivity?

I tend to have sensitivity with dental products but did not have any issue with this product.

To get the full effect do you need the mouthwash and toothpaste or can you get the same results with just strips?

I would like to bleach only my bottom teeth because I have crowns all over my top teeth. Would the strips damage my crowns?
