I ordered the blue jewelry box for a necklace with a pendant, and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and value. I would say it rivals any high-end jewelry store box and I was very pleased.

Hinge broke on the 3rd time opening
The hinge broke upon the 3rd time opening it - and opening delicately. The side underneath the necklace holder is also just a cardboard piece. There’s no lining protecting the chain. Lastly, the outside leather is synthetic and poor quality as well. For the price point I would have expected this case to be better quality.

Terrible craftsmanship, poorly designed, the lid doesn't open up fully, the locking mechanism doesn't work. If I didn't need the box tonight for a birthday party, I would return it immediately. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM...YOU'LL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED
