How can the interior dimensions be larger that external dimensions... website still lists the error... okay, maybe we're talking tardis here?

Those interior dimensions are not right. The outside ones are approximate, I guess. I measure the inside as about 15 3/4 wide, 12 deep inside, but 9 inches from top element to bottom element, and about 121/2 deep. I hope that helps.

Does the oven door leak heat?

Yes the oven doors do leak heat as they do not close together flush. I set this oven on the counter across the kitchen from my standard oven and though I did not feel any heat much from the sides and top of the unit, I could feel the heat out the front from 2-2 1/2 feet away.

How does the steamer function work?

Steamer works great! Completely satisfied with all functions and really like the reduced energy costs by using this vs. the regular oven!

Can it hold two 9 x 13 pans at the same time?
