Instead of caffeine when nearing the end of a demanding day, I take 1/2 a stick of one of these guys and I feel great, without a crash 30 minutes later

The roots tasted good but they are smaller then last years.
i ordered the same ginseng root last year and this year the roots are smaller in comparison to those of the last year. The taste is the same and I always enjoying eating the roots this way. But I write this review because I see the quantity is reduced somehow. I decided to keep the whole package and consume all the roots. I may hesitate to order them again for the next shipment.
