Can you sharpen this serrated knife when it gets dull? Some knives that are serrated cannot. Please have the manufacturer respond.

It depends on the sharpener. Most sharpeners, no. There is however a manual sharpener by Chefologist that will sharpen a serrated knife. It's a small round sharpener that suction's to table for stability.
