Excellent Knives the extra 1/2 inch of blade length its great and it is a comfortable and reliable utility knife.

When I was younger I worked as a cutter in a leather craftery and learned more than I needed to know about the importance of knife sharpness. Sharp knives are safer too because they do what you expect. These are great knives. Very sharp. Can cut a tomato without squishing. I eat a lot of salads and vegetable soups and these are perfect for cutting all veggies. Cheap enough so that when they get dull after a year or two of daily use, you can just replace them. I find this so much better than my high-end German steel knives that are a real pain to properly sharpen. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent knife for the price. It's very sharp and I use a sharpener to keep it that way. It's small and lightweight so is best for soft fruits and vegetables.

Simple, sharp, comfortable, easy to clean and inexpensive. You will find yourself using it all the time. Paring knives don't have to be elaborate, just comfortable and easy to use. At this price point it's a no brainer.

Nice lightweight paring and general purpose knife.

I cook a lot, and after using this knife I can not use any other knife. It's very sharp and cuts really well. I use it to cut and peel vegetables and fruits. It's about 6 months now and it's still as sharp as it was on day 1. Since I don't feel like using any other knifes now, I want to order couple more, and thought of leaving a review to benefit others. If you are looking for a good knife, this is a must.

Victorinox brand has always been in my pocket in the form of my swiss army knife, so when we needed a better paring knife I thought I would give this a try. I wasn't expecting great things as the price was so reasonable. I was just hoping for something that would last, and I knew the brand.I was very pleasantly surprised by this knife. I don't know how you could really do any better even with the super pricey chef's cutlery, except maybe a fancier handle. It simply cuts anything with ease.This has become one of the most used items in the kitchen, along with the serrated utility knife from Victorinox. And yeah, the handle is plastic, but even that is kind of handy, as the different Victorinox knives have different colored handles, making it easy to find the knife I want in the drawer the first time.

This is an excellent knife and very sharp, as I sadly found out! It now sits in its own little compartment in the cutlery tray. Glad I got the pink handled one, it means I can see it in the washing up bowl and handle with care. It's comfortable to use and the size is just right for slicing small veg like carrots etc.

Corto queso, el pan, tomates, verduras, incluso creo que podría afeitarme con él. Corta muchísimo, pero ojo que puede ser peligroso. VICTORINOX calidad 10 como siempre. Y por escasos 5€.
