In the USA expect 240V output. *by M***X on December 10, 2018* I measured - in my place in the USA, the outlet voltage is 119V (and I googled - it is expected to have measured 120V 50Hz) . I measured, the transformer in my place gives out 240V instead of 220V, which is also, it looks like it is a common thing - in Russia, they say, it is common to measure 240V in the outlet. I plugged in my low power 220V Russian device and it works fine.
